Function of the tool page
The main menu item "Tools" takes you to the complete overview of tools. New tools can be created here and all existing tools in all workspaces can be accessed.
Listing and Sorting
On the Tools page, all tools can be displayed in a list or in a grid. The tools can be sorted according to various criteria:
- Latest changes (newest first)
- Latest changes (oldest first)
- Newest first
- Oldest first
- Alphabetical (A-Z)

Filtering
It is possible to filter by type of tool (Trendradar, Innoboard, Collection, AI Research, Notebook) as well as by status and workspace.
Editing
You have the following options via the editing menu directly next to the respective tool (3 dots) :
- Pin for all: This option is active, if you're the workspace administrator and if the tool has the status public. This means that the tool is pinned for everyone in their dashboards.
- Pin: Pins the tool to your dashboard. Only you see this pinned tool.
- Settings: Option is active if you are the tool manager. This is a direct access to the tool settings.
- Move: Opion is active if you are the tool manager or if you are the workspace administrator. Lets you move the tool to another workspace or folder.
- Copy: Option is active if you are the tool manager. Creates a duplicate of the tool.
- Delete: Option is active if you are the tool manager. Deletes the tool.
