Function of Collections
Create Collections
- Navigate to Dashboard / Tools / to one of your Workspaces and click on the Create new + button
- If you are in multiple workspaces, you must first select the workspace in which you want to create the Collection via Select workspace
- Select Collection and then click Create +
- If you want to assign an image, click on Upload image
- Enter a title, a short description and select the status private or public

Now you have two options:

create a static collection that only contains the content that you add manually.
To do this, click on Create without filter -
create a dynamic collection that is automatically updated and always contains the latest content that corresponds to the filters you define. To do this, click on DYNAMIC FILTER. With this option, you can also manually add items that do not match the filter

Automatically fill collections via dynamic filters
After you have clicked on DYNAMIC FILTER, you will be taken to the settings page where you can create rules and sub-rules for the filter:
- Select the type: Megatrend, Macrotrend, Industry, Subindustry, Tags
- Selection of the respective trends, sectors or tags
- Rule (‘And’ link) or sub-rule (‘Or’ link)

Collections settings
The following functions are available via the three-point menu:
- Pin this tool: Collection is pinned to the dashboard
- Settings: opens the settings with the following tabs:
- Settings: Edit name, description and status (private or public)
- Participants: Manage participants in the collection
- Dynamic Filters: Edit rules
- Export to PowerPoint (this menu item only appears if you have opened the collection and click on the three-dot menu from there)
- Copy: Collection is copied as a whole
- Delete
