As a workspace administrator, you have two options for creating Innoboards:
- Create a simple Innoboard: You work alone in this Innoboard. You cannot invite any other participants, define any categories, etc.
- Create an Innoboard in advanced mode with the full range of settings.
Steps to create a simple Innoboard
- Navigate to Tools (your hub administrator may have deactivated this menu item. Then follow this article)
- Click on the button Create new +
- If there are multiple workspaces or folders, you must first select the location where you want to create the Innoboard from the list
- If all requirements are met (your hub license includes the Innoboard and you are a member of the selected workspace), the "Innoboard" tool will be active and you can click on it
- Then click on Create +
- Select a template that matches your task and click on the arrow button at the bottom right (>)

- Optionally upload an image
- Enter a title and description
| Note: The more detail you provide in the description of the topic you want to collect ideas on, the more accurately CoCreator can help you find ideas, as this field will be taken into account in the prompt. |
- Deactivate the Advanced mode switch. All other settings will disappear as a result
- Click Create Innoboard
Steps to create an Innoboard in advanced mode
- Follow the points above, but leave the Advanced mode switch activated
- Set the start and end date
- Select the status private or public
| Note: Private Innoboards are for invited participants only, while public Innoboards are visible to all users of the workspace. |
- Click Create Innoboard
Your Innoboard is now a draft and is not yet visible to other users. Either click on Publish Innoboard directly or make further settings before publishing the Innoboard. Follow the link "Related to Innoboard Administration" below for more information:
