The Tools menu item contains all of your available tools across all workspaces (tools that you are a member of and public tools that you can join). To be able to use the page, it must be activated by a hub administrator.
Steps to search and filter for tools
- Navigate to Tools (your hub administrator may have disabled this menu item. Then follow this post to get to the Workspace Tools page)
- If you click on Filter, you can filter by Status (all, public, private) or Workspace:

Select the desired filters using the checkbox and confirm by clicking on the Filter button. You will now see the filtered result

To adjust the filters, click on Filter again, change the selection using the checkboxes and confirm by clicking on the Filter button

To delete the filters, you can either click on Clear all to the right of the displayed filters or click on Filters and the Clear button again

- With a click on Sort by, you can view the different sorting functions and select the desired option

You can use the magnifying glass icon to search for keywords in the tool title and description text:
- Click on the magnifying glass icon and enter the keyword. If there is a result, it will be displayed directly

To filter by tool type (AI Researches, Notebooks, Innoboard, Trendradar, Collections), click on the quick selection at the top:
- To remove the tool filter, click on the selected quick selection again
| Note: On this tool page you also have the option to create a new tool or manage existing tools (change the workspace of a tool, copy and delete a tool, pin a tool to the dashboard). |
