To manage articles in a collection, you must be a manager of that collection.
Steps to remove articles
Remove articles directly in the Collection
- Navigate to the Tools and select the collection from which you want to remove an article
- Click the "x" icon that appears in the upper right corner of the article
- Click Yes to confirm the removal
Remove an article from the Content search
- Navigate to the Content
- Open the article you wish to remove from a search
- Click on the star button on the right under the article title
- Deactivate the checkmark next to the collection title to remove the article from the collection
- Click on Save
