To join a public Collection, you must be an administrator or a member of a workspace. Guests of a workspace cannot see public tools in which they are not members.
Steps to join a public Collection
- Navigate to the Tools
- Look for Collections that have the label PUBLIC
| Note: You can click on Collections at the top via the quick selection and set the status > Public via the filter to see all public collections at a glance. |
- Click on the Collection you want to join
- Confirm with a click on Join this Collection
- You are now a member of the collection and can see/read the articles in it. However, you cannot add or delete articles
| Note: Collection managers will not receive a notification about your joining, but they will be able to see you in the list of participants of the Collection. |
