The workspace tools contain all the tools available in a workspace (tools that you are a member of and public tools that you can join).
Steps to search and filter for tools
- Navigate to the workspace tools by clicking on the Workspaces menu item and selecting the desired workspace there.
- If you click on Filter, you can filter by Status (all, public, private):
- Select the desired filters using the checkbox and confirm by clicking on the Filter button. You will now see the filtered result
- To adjust the filters, click on Filter again, change the selection using the checkboxes and confirm by clicking on the Filter button
- To delete the filters, you can either click on Clear all to the right of the displayed filters or click on Filters and the Clear button again
- With a click on Sort by, you can view the different sorting functions and select the desired option

You can use the magnifying glass icon to search for keywords in the tool title and description text:
- Click on the magnifying glass icon and enter the keyword. If there is a result, it will be displayed directly

To filter by tool type (AI Researches, Innoboard, Trendradar, Collections), click on the respective tool icon (to the right under the “New tool +” button)
- To remove the tool filter, click on the selected quick selection again
