To be able to move a tool (Collection, Innoboard, Trendradar, AI Research), you must be the manager of the tool. You must also be a workspace administrator in both workspaces, if you want to move the tool to another workspace.
Steps to move a tool
- Navigate to the workspace tools
- Find the tool you want to move and click on the three-dot menu > Move
- Click on the field under new location and select the workspace/folder to which the tool should be moved (if the desired workspace does not appear, you are not set as the workspace administrator there)
- You can use the checkbox to select whether you want to remove all other participants when moving the tool
| Note: Tool participants who are not yet participants in the new workspace are automatically added there as workspace guests. However, their role in the tool remains the same. |
- Then click on Confirm
