To be able to set the Workspace feed, you must be a Workspace administrator and have activated the feed (follow this article if you have not yet activated the feed: Show or hide the Workspace Feed)
Steps to set the Workspace Feed
- Navigate to the overview page of the desired workspace by clicking on the desired workspace in the Workspaces widget on the dashboard, or go to the Workspaces menu item and click on the Info button for the respective workspace.
- Scroll down to the Workspace Feed box
- Click See All on the right side of the box
- Now click the settings icon on the right side of the Workspace Feed box (next to the magnifying glass) to access the Workspace feed settings
- Now select all relevant mega and macro trends as well as industries and sub-industries for your workspace. Note that the trends and industries are connected with AND and OR links.
For example: The workspace feed with the filters "Artificial intelligence megatrend, data technologies macrotrend, industry production & mechatronics" results in articles that either relate to the industry production & mechatronics AND artificial intelligence OR articles that relate toproduction & mechatronics AND data technologies.
- Then click on Save on the right above the industry list
