To create a new workspace, you must be a Hub Administrator.
Steps to create a new workspace
- Click on the menu item Workspaces
- Click on New workspace + in the top right corner
- Optionally upload an image or select an image from the gallery
- Fill in the Name and Description fields in all languages
| Note: You can only save if you fill out the name and description in all languages. |
- Optionally add keywords that characterize the workspace
- Set the status of the workspace to private or public
| Note: A private workspace is only visible to invited users. Public workspaces are visible and accessible to all users of the hub in the workspace overview. |
- Use the switch to select whether you want to display the workspace participants list for everyone or not
- Also select whether the workspace feed should be displayed or not
- Then click on Save
