Default Innoboard for finding ideas and solutions
Developing ideas or solutions to a problem in groups (or alone) is a universal method and one of the basic uses of an Innoboard.
Groups of people can describe their individual ideas or solutions and post them on an Innoboard. The contributions of other participants can be commented on, discussed and added to. All participants have the opportunity to rate and prioritize the posted ideas.
The CoCreator can also be used for collaborative development of ideas and solutions. The CoCreator is your AI innovation assistant that supports you with various tasks in the INNO-VERSE. It is there to inspire you, show you new approaches, optimize your work processes and improve the quality of your results. With him, you have a partner who drives you to innovative solutions and improved efficiency. It provides the inspiration for new ways of thinking, helping you to question the status quo and break new ground.
With the Default Innoboard, the CoCreator works with you to develop ideas and solutions for all the tasks you define in the Innoboard description field.
Use the Default Innoboard correctly
- Navigate to the tools or to your workspace and click on Create new + to create a new Innoboard (details on creating an Innoboard can be found under Creating an Innoboard as Workspace administrator or Creating a new Innoboard as Workspace member. Depending on your workspace role, different setting options are available to you)
- Select the template Default Innoboard and and click on the arrow button at the bottom right (>)
- When filling out the description field of the Innoboard, make sure that you describe the topic, task and desired results for the problem briefly but precisely, as this field is taken into account in the CoCreator prompt.
