To be able to follow this post, you must have already created an Innoboard in advanced mode. You also have to be a manager of the Innoboard.
- Navigate to your tools and open your Innoboard
- Click on Options at the top right and select Settings
- Now you can edit the basic information (title, image, description) or add text to the instructions field
| Note: The text in the Description field will be used by CoCreator in the prompt. The more detail you provide about the topic on which you want to collect ideas, the more accurately the CoCreator can help you find ideas. The Instructions field, on the other hand, serves as instructions for the Innoboard participants and is ignored by the CoCreator. It therefore does not need to be "prompt compatible". |
- You can use the Activate CoCreator for all Innoboard participants switch to decide whether all participants have access to the CoCreator or not. If the switch remains deactivated, only Radar Managers can use CoCreator
- Change the start and end date if you want
- Change the status to private / public if you want
- Click on Update
| Note: Please note that we have created and linked separate posts for all the following points, in which you will find step-by-step instructions for each setting point. |
- Click on the Participants tab at the top to manage and add Innoboard Participants
- In the Evaluation Dimensions tab, you can edit or delete the default evaluations and add new rating criteria
- In the Tags tab, you can define colored tags to clearly categorize the ideas
- Click on the Idea Form tab to customise the idea cards
- If your Innoboard is not yet published, click on Back to Innoboard at the top left and then on Publish Innoboard
