Create a new post in an Innoboard

To create a new post in an Innoboard, you must be a manager, team member or guest in this Innoboard.

Steps to create post

• Navigate to your tools and open your Innoboard
• Click on Create Post
• If you want to create your post using CoCreator, go to this article: Using CoCreator
• Edit the individual fields

Note: The title, short description and status are mandatory fields on all Innoboards. You must fill them out in order to save the post.

• To upload an image, click on Add new Image and then Upload File. You can upload as many images as you like: simply click on Add new Image and Upload File again. The first image in the list will appear as the title image of the post. To change the order, click the six dots to the left of the Upload File button and drag and drop the images
• Use the status field to select whether you want to save the post as a draft or as published

Note: If you save your post as a draft, only you will see it. If you set the status to published, everyone on the Innoboard will see your post.

• Click Save to complete the process
