In order to use the CoCreator for an Innobaord, the CoCreator must be activated for your hub and the corresponding Innoboard template. This can only be done via in-manas.

Steps for using the CoCreator
To use CoCreator as an Innoboard member, it must be activated by the Innoboard manager.
- Navigate to your tools and open the Innoboard you want to use
- Click on Create post
- If you want to use CoCreator to create your post, click on the CoCreator icon in the bottom right corner (blue button with white stars)
- Now choose your preferred method: "Develop post step by step" or "Generate entire post"

Note: If you choose the step by step method, the fields of the post will be created one by one. You can also interact with the AI to develop the article. Or you can let the AI do the work for you. Then select Generate entire post. |
- For either methods, you need to give CoCreator a brief description or a few topics, trends or technologies you want to include in the article idea and click on the paper airplane icon. The more specific your initial input is, the better the articles will be
- In the step-by-step logic, CoCreator generates a suggestion for each field on the contribution card. You can then:
- Insert and continue with the suggested text
- Adjust the suggestion (this gives you the option to rewrite your description/prompt)
- or let the CoCreator Retry and create a new suggestion
- Once all the content fields have been created, you can decide whether the CoCreator should create an image for you by clicking Yes or No
- You can then choose to Edit the idea yourself or Save and publish it (the idea will then be visible to all participants)
- Click Close CoCreator
