To be able to manage a discussion, you must be an administrator of the workspace.
Steps to edit a Discussion
- Navigate to the overview page of the desired workspace by clicking on the desired workspace in the Workspaces widget on the dashboard, or go to the Workspaces menu item and click on the Info button for the respective workspace.
- Scroll to the bottom until you see the Discussions and click on the discussion you want to manage
- Click on the three-dot menu on the right under the title image and select Edit
- Now you can change the image, the title, the description and the end date
- Then click on Save
Steps to delete an unwanted comment
- Navigate to the desired workspace (either via the workspace widget on the dashboard, or via the Workspaces menu item)
- Scroll to the bottom until you see the Discussions and click on the discussion you want to manage
- Go to the comment you want to delete and click on the pencil icon
- Select Delete to delete the individual comment (the replies below will remain), or select Delete thread to delete the comment and replies below it
- Confirm with Delete
