Folder hierarchies with 3 levels are possible in INNO-VERSE. The folders are always assigned to a workspace. This means that you cannot create folders in hubs that have the workspace function deactivated.
The hierarchy in a hub is therefore always: Hub > Workspace > Folder > Tool or Sub-folder > Tool or Sub-folder > Tool
Creating folders
To be able to create a folder, you must be in a workspace (not possible from the dashboard or the tools page):
- Menu item Workspaces
- Select the desired workspace
- Click on New tool +
- Select “Folder” and click Create +
- Enter the title of the folder and click Create
Assign tools to a folder
If you create a new tool, you can directly select the workspace and folder in which the tool should be stored.
Existing tools can be moved via the three-dot menu of the respective tool:
- Click on the three-dot menu of the tool you want to move and select Move
- Then search for the folder in the drop-down menu to which you want to move the tool and click Confirm
