To follow this post, you must have already created an AI Research (follow this post if you need to create an AI Research first). You must also be the manager of the AI Research.
- Navigate to your tools and find your AI Research
- Click on the three-dot menu ("Options") and select Settings
- Now you can change the title, upload an image or change the topic to be analysed
- If your selected AI Research template includes the option to upload files, you can edit/delete your files or add new files here
| Note: If you change the topic of the research and then click on Update, the entire research will be regenerated. This may take a few minutes. |
If you are a workspace administrator, you have even more setting options available:
Setting options in advanced mode
- You can use the Advanced mode button to select the range of functions your AI research has. If you switch from advanced mode to simple mode, the following settings will disappear:
- the status field (a simple AI Research is always private and only visible to the creator)
- the Participants tab (no participants can be invited to a simple AI Research)
- the Widget tab (the order or visibility of the individual widgets cannot be changed in a simple AI Research)
- You can also use the Show participant list button to specify whether AI Research participants are allowed to see the list of participants (only in advanced mode)
- Click on Update to save your changes
