To create an AI Research, you must be a workspace administrator or member.
Steps to create an AI Research
- Navigate to Tools in the main menu (your hub administrator may have deactivated this menu item. Then follow this post)
- Click on the Create new + button
- If there are multiple workspaces or folders, you must first select the location where you want to create the AI Research
- If all requirements are met (your hub license includes AI Research and you are the administrator or a member of the selected workspace), the AI Research tool becomes active and you can click on it
- Then click on Create +
- Select a template that best suits your research request
- Then click Next > at the bottom right
- Enter all the relevant information that CoCreator needs to process your research. Answer and then click Next > at the bottom right

- Optionally upload a cover image, assign a title and set the status
| Note: Private researches are only visible to invited participants, public researches are visible and accessible to all users of the workspace. Workspace members can only create private researches. |
- Then click on Create AI Research
- CoCreator will now start working on your request. You can leave the tool in the meantime, as generating the research can take up to 5 minutes (depending on the template)
Every newly created AI Research is automatically created in advanced mode for workspace administrators and in simple mode for workspace members (advanced mode is not available to members).
