The Workspace widget on the dashboard takes you directly to the Workspace Tools page. Alternatively, you can click on the "See all" button in the Workspaces menu item or click on "See all" in the "Recent Tools" box on the Workspace dashboard.
On the Workspace Tools page, you can see all available tools for the respective workspace (tools in which you are a participant as well as public tools that you can join).
View and filter functions
In the top row, you have various filter, sort, and view options for the tools at your disposal.
Editing tools
You have the following options via the editing menu directly next to the respective tool (3 dots) :
- Pin for all: Option is active if you are the hub administrator and the tool has the status "public". Pin the tool to the dashboards of all hub participants.
- Pin: Pins the tool to your dashboard (quick access).
- Settings: Option is active if you are the tool manager. Direct access to the tool settings.
- Switch workspace or folder: Option is active if you are the tool manager or the hub administrator. Lets you move the tool to another workspace or folder.
- Copy: Option is active if you are the tool manager. Creates a copy of the tool.
- Delete: Option is active if you are the tool manager. Deletes the tool.
Creating new Tools
Any tool can be created using the "Create new +" button:
- Click on Create new +
- Select the desired tool: Trendradar, Collection, Innoboard, AI Research, Notebook (based on your workspace role and hub license, you're able / not able to create the tool)
- Click on Create +
