Registration and login to INNO-VERSE
To be able to participate as a user in INNO-VERSE, you must first register.
Registration by INNO-VERSE employee
An INNO-VERSE employee creates the user with their selected email address and always adds them to one or more hubs. The user can then set a password and log in via the login page https://app.inno-verse.com/auth/login.
Self Registration
As a user, you can register independently for selected hubs by going to the login page https://app.inno-verse.com/auth/login and clicking on “Account: Create now". With this form of registration, you only have access to selected public hubs.
Possible problems
The only problem that usually occurs during registration is an existing account in INNO-VERSE with the email address used. If you try to register again with this email address, the error message “The user cannot be registered” appears.
Solutions for the error message “The user cannot be registered”
- If you still have the first password available, simply log in on the login page with the same e-mail address.
- Go to the login page again, use the same e-mail address and set a new password using the “Forgot your password?” button.
Login problems and possible causes
If you have problems logging in to INNO-VERSE, this could be the reason:

You are not yet a registered user in INNO-VERSE: It is not possible to register independently; registration or the creation of a user is only possible via in-manas.
- You accidentally want to create a new account instead of logging in

You are using the wrong password: Always check that you are using the correct password that you have created when you log in.

You are using the wrong e-mail address. As a user, you are registered via 1 fixed e-mail address and this is the one you must use.

Spelling mistakes in the password: Check the spelling, look for typos or you may have accidentally activated the caps lock key.
- You are using the wrong URL or the wrong link to log in: To be on the safe side, always go to the homepage https://app.inno-verse.com to log in correctly. There are numerous links where your login may not work
- Links from expired tools in the system (Collections, Innoboards, Radars,...)
- Links to archived or deleted tools
- Links to tools where you're no participant
- Links from other users
What can you do if you have problems registering?
- Check that you are using the correct link. If in doubt, always go to https://app.inno-verse.com
- Check the spelling of your e-mail address and password carefully
- Reset your password by clicking on “Reset password”.
- Check whether you have received the e-mail from our system.
- Check whether you have received the e-mail from our system (also check your spam folder)
- If you do not receive an e-mail from the system and are sure that you are registered with us with this e-mail address, the problem is most likely due to your firewall settings. In this case, please contact your system administrator.
How can the support team help me?
We can send you an invitation link from the system that you can use to log in.
We can send you a link to reset your password. Try logging in with a new or existing password using these options.
