To create a new Trendradar, you must be an administrator in a workspace.
Steps to create a new Trendradar
- Navigate to Tools in the main menu (your hub administrator may have deactivated this menu item. Then follow this post: Create a new Trendradar in the workspace)
- Click on the Create new + button
- If you are in multiple workspaces, you must first select the workspace in which you want to create the Trendradar via Select workspace
- If all requirements are met (your hub license includes the Trendradar and you are the administrator of the workspace), the Trendradar will become active and you can click on it
- Then click on Create +
- Select a template relevant to your task and click next (>) at the bottom right
- If you want to assign an image, click on Upload image
- Enter a Title, fill in the Description box and set an end date for the radar
- Select the industry (and sub-industry, if applicable) for which you want to evaluate the trends
- Select the status private or public
| Note: Private Trendradars are only for invited participants, public Radars are visible to all users in the workspace. |
- Then determine what should be displayed to your Radar participants by activating or deactivating the respective switches
| Note: You can change all of these settings (except for the industry/sub-industry) as often as you like afterwards. |
- Click on next (>) button at the bottom right
- Define the mega and macro trends that you want to evaluate for the selected industry/sub-industry by clicking on the box to the right of the respective trend and activating or deactivating the check mark
- Then click on Create radar
