Posts on an Innoboard can be rated according to freely definable criteria. You can choose between a star or number rating and two types of ratings:
- Participant evaluation: All participants (except those with the role read only) can see this rating dimension and rate posts accordingly.
- Jury evaluation: Only participants with the Manager role can see and rate these ratings.
To create evaluation dimensions, you must be an Innoboard manager.
Steps for creating evaluation dimensions
- Navigate to your tools and locate your Innoboard
- Click on the Innoboard's three-dot menu ("Options") and select Settings
- Go to the Evaluation Dimensions tab
- Click the Plus button next to the type of rating you want to create (participant or jury)
- Enter a name and type for the evaluation criterion
- Click Save
| Note: The number of evaluation dimensions is limited. You can create a maximum of 8 participant and 8 jury evaluations. |
Steps to edit or delete evaluation dimensions
- Navigate to the Evaluation dimensions tab (see first 3 dots in the paragraph above)
- Click on the three-dot menu to the right of the evaluation to be changed
- Select Edit or Delete
