To add discussions to an Innoboard, you must be a manager of that Innoboard.
Steps to add a discussion
- Navigate to your Tools and open your Innoboard
- On the Innoboard Information page, you will find the Discussions box. Click on the plus button
- Enter a title for the discussion
- Optionally, you can enter a description, an end date and add an image
- Click Create to finalize the creation process
| Note: All Managers and Team members of the Innoboard can now view and participate in the discussion. Participants with the role Read only can only read the discussion, but not participate. Innoboard Guests can't see the discussion box. |
Steps to edit a discussion
- Open the discussion with a click inside the frame
- Click the three-dot menu right below the discussion image and select Edit
- Now you can change title, description, end date and image
- Click Save
Steps to delete a discussion
- Open the discussion with a click inside the frame
- Click the three-dot menu right below the discussion image and select Delete
- Confirm your selection by clicking Delete again
