To manage segments, you must be the manager of this radar.
Steps for creating segments
- Navigate to your tools and search/filter the Trendradar you want to use
- Click on the three-dot menu of the Trendradar and select Settings
- Alternatively, you can also open the Trendradar and click on the three-dot menu in the upper right area of the title screen and select Settings
- Click on the Segments tab
- Click on the plus button at the top right of the white box
- Write a name for the segment
- Click on + select users from radar at the bottom to add users to your segment
- Select which users should be assigned to this segment by clicking on the box to the right of the profile picture
- Click on Select Users
- Now click on Create Segment to complete the editing process
| Note: Segments are only visible to managers by default. Other users can only see the segments if you activate them in the Published Views tab. |
Steps for managing segments
- Navigate to your tools and search/filter the Trendradar you want to use
- Click on the three-dot menu of the Trendradar and select Settings
- Alternatively, you can also open the Trendradar and click on the three-dot menu in the upper right area of the title screen and select Settings
- Click on the Segments tab
- Click on the three-dot menu next to the desired segment and select Edit
- You can now edit the name and users of the segment
- To remove users from the segment, click on the X symbol
- To add more users, click on + select users from radar
- Click on Update Segment when you have finished editing
Steps to delete a segment
- Navigate to your tools and search/filter the Trendradar you want to use
- Click on the three-dot menu of the Trendradar and select Settings
- Alternatively, you can also open the Trendradar and click on the three-dot menu in the upper right area of the title screen and select Settings
- Click on the Segments tab
- Click on the three-dot menu next to the desired segment and select Delete
- Click on Confirm to confirm the deletion
