To create a newsletter, you must be a Hub administrator or Hub member (with content management permissions).
Steps to create a newsletter
- Click on the menu item Administration
- Go to Content and then the Newsletter tab
Click on the plus button on the right above the table and use the drop-down menu to select the
language in which the newsletter should be issued- Click on Create
- Click on Upload image if you want to use your own cover image
- Fill in the Title and Description fields
- Use the Activate article overview page button to select whether you want to have a landing page for the newsletter (your newsletter can also be shared via URL with this option) or not (without a landing page, you only have an HTML code for embedding)
| Note: You can no longer change the activation/deactivation of the article overview page after the newsletter has been published. |
- Add articles to the newsletter by using either the Article Quick Search or the Advanced Search:
- Article Quick Search:
- Enter a keyword in the search field
- Scroll through the found articles and click on the article you want to add
- To add the article to the newsletter, click Add +
- Article Quick Search:
| Note: You cannot save the newsletter until you have added at least one item. |

- Repeat the above 3 steps to add another article
- Advanced Search
- Click Show Advanced Search
- Enter a search term in the search field and/or filter by mega / macro trends, industries / sub-industries
- Click Start Search
- Scroll through the search results and select the items you want by clicking on the box to the left of the item image

Note: If the search results returns more than 10 articles, you can scroll to the bottom and continue browsing using the arrow buttons on the bottom left. You can add a maximum of 25 articles per newsletter. |

- When you are finished selecting articles, click Add article(s) at the bottom right
- When you are finished selecting articles, click Add article(s) at the bottom right

- Click Save, to save your newsletter
Publish newsletter
The Publishing options box is located to the right of the cover image.
- Click on the End date field and select the date until which the newsletter should be available
- Then click on Publish
Note: The newsletter can only be published once the title and description have been filled in and at least one article has been added. Note that you must click on Save at the bottom to save the above fields. The Publish button should then be active. |
- After publishing, the View newsletter button will appear below the expiration date
- Click on View newsletter to get to the URL/HTML code with which you can share/embed the newsletter
| Note: It is possible to have multiple newsletters with the status Published. The exact number depends on your hub license. If publishing does not work, check your newsletter overview to see how many newsletters have the Published status and delete one if necessary. |
