As a hub administrator or hub member with CMS authorizations, you can use our AI (the CoCreator) to create a complete article based on text, keywords, a link, or an uploaded PDF. From this basic information, AI creates a complete article and links the relevant trends and industries.
Steps for creating an article with AI
- Navigate to Content in the main menu and stay on the Search tab
- Click on Create at the top right of the search and select Generate with AI
- Select whether you want to create an article based on a text, a link or a PDF
AI article based on a text
- In the Article Input field, you give the CoCreator the content basis, which it then formulates into a complete article. You can either enter an entire text (with a maximum of 1,000 words), but you can also enter key points, keywords or a single idea
- Then select the desired article type
- Click on Generate Content
AI article based on a link
- In the URL field, enter a URL that you want CoCreator to crawl and combine into an article. Then click + Add
- Add another URL to generate multiple articles at once. One article will be generated per URL.
- After adding the URL, click + Add again
- Make your entries in the writing style and length drop-down menus
- Then select the desired article type
- Click on Generate Content
AI article based on a PDF
- Click + add document and select the PDF you want to combine into an article.
- Make your entries in the writing style and length drop-down menus
- Then select the desired article type
- Click on Generate Content
Once the article(s) have been generated, you will receive a notification. The generated article has the status Draft and can of course still be edited before it is published.
