To be able to switch the workspace of a tool (Collection, AI Research, Innoboard, Trendradar), you must be the manager of the tool. You must also be a workspace administrator in both workspaces.
Steps to change the workspace of a tool
- Navigate to the Tools (your hub administrator may have disabled the menu item Tools. Then follow this article)
- Find the tool you want to move and click on the three-dot menu ("Options") > Move
- Click on the field under new location and select the workspace to which the tool should be moved (if the desired workspace does not appear, you are not set as a workspace administrator there)
- You can use the checkbox to select whether you want to remove all other participants from this tool when moving the tool
| Note: Tool participants who are not yet participants in the new workspace are automatically added there as workspace guests. However, their role in the tool remains the same. |
- Then click on Confirm
