To customize the appearance of the hub profile in INNO-VERSE, you must be an administrator of the hub.
Steps to customize the hub profile
- Click on your user menu (profile picture top right) > Administration
- Select the Settings > General > Hub Profile tab
- Upload a profile picture and hero image (cover picture) if you wish
- Select the language in which you would like to fill out the profile first and assign a hub name
| Note: This name will not only appear as the profile name in the INNO-VERSE hub overview, but will also replace the name that previously appeared at the top next to your hub's logo in the menu bar. |
- If you want, write a slogan, a meaningful description of your hub and a hub manager description
- Keywords help users to find suitable hubs
- Decide whether users who view the hub profile are allowed to see the hub's participant list by activating the Show participant list in hub profile switch
- Now switch to the other language and fill out the profile again
| Note: The name must be entered in both languages. Only then can you save. The other fields are optional in both languages. |
- Click on Save
