To remove hub users, you must be a hub administrator.
Steps to remove a user from a hub
- Click on your user menu (profile picture top right) > Administration
- Select the Users tab
- Remove a single user:
- Click on the three-dot menu to the far right of the user > Delete
- Confirm your selection with Continue
- Alternatively, you can also delete the user from their user profile:
- Click on the user's name or the three-dot menu > Edit
- Scroll all the way down and click Delete at the bottom left
- Confirm with OK
- Remove multiple users at the same time:
- Click on Bulk Actions at the top left and select Remove from hub
- Select the users using the checkbox to the left of their names
- Click on Apply
- Confirm with Remove
| Note: If your hub is public, the removed user can see your hub in the INNO-VERSE and send a request to join. However, the request can of course be rejected. |
